When your system is activated, a transmission is sent to the central station’s receiver every time a code is entered and an alarm is triggered. Trained staff monitors your systems signals and calls the appropriate authorities in the event an alarm signal is received. If there is no answer or the correct pass code cannot be given, the operator then dispatches the proper authorities. Our operator then begins to contact the people you have designated to be notified of the activation at your premise.
